Janet Jackson - Empty (1997)
Song about internet love.

Is this a new way to love
Never face to face
Is it enough?
Does it really count
Or am I a fool
So tell me please
Am I wasting my time?

I’m rushin’ home to turn you on
Sometimes you’re there
Sometimes you’re gone
Wait for hours
For your return
So tell me please
Am I wasting my time?

We’ve never met.

"You’ll remember me somehow. Though you don’t need me now, I will stay in your heart, and when things fall apart, you’ll remember one day."

- Michael Jackson

George Harrison - Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth)
Give me love, give me love, give me peace on earth

We’re vulnerable
We’re sensitive
And we’re complicated people, too
So many people rolled into one
We contain so much
So much creativity
So much energy
So many contradictions
So much confusion
So much clarity
So many moments of faith and fear
So many different characters live within us
All looking for love

“I hug my children to death. I get in bed with them at night and hug them. And I always say ‘Who love you most in the whole wide world?’ - and they always say ‘Mummy!’
…It’s so important.”
“I think the biggest disease the world suffers from in this day and age is the disease of people feeling unloved. I know that I can give love for a minute, for half an hour, for a day, for a month, but I can give. I am very happy to do that, I want to do that.
Hugs can do great amounts of good - especially for children.”

- Princess Diana

“Children show me in their playful smiles the divine in everyone. This simple goodness shines straight from their hearts and only asks to be lived.”
“Like I say to Prince and Paris, “You know why I bought you this?” They say “because you love me.” I say “yes, that’s why I bought it.” They need to know that.
If I had, if there were a children’s day when I was little, and I looked at my father and say “OK, Daddy, Joseph,-what are we going to do today?”, you know what that would’ve meant to me? He go “Well, want to go to the movies?” That would’ve meant so much to me. (tearing up) “
“It is self-evident that children are thundering against the neglect, quaking against the indifference and crying out just to be noticed. The various child protection agencies in the US say that millions of children are victims of maltreatment in the form of neglect, in the average year. Yes, neglect. In rich homes, privileged homes, wired to the hilt with every electronic gadget. Homes where parents come home, but they’re not really home, because their heads are still at the office. And their kids? Well, their kids just make do with whatever emotional crumbs they get. And you don’t get much from endless TV, computer games and videos.
These hard, cold numbers which for me, wrench the soul and shake the spirit, should indicate to you why I have devoted so much of my time and resources into making our new Heal the Kids initiative a colossal success.”

I think I’m one of the few friends Michael has and I would do anything for him. I understand him. I know the depth of pain he goes through. We were both child stars, which is a common bond. He’s a genius. There is no one in show business to equal him. There is no one to equal his friendship and his love. - Elizabeth Taylor

"You can have sex if you use a condom,” she proclaims bluntly, then dons a whiny voice and sarcastically mocks, “‘But it doesn’t feel so good.’” She changes her voice back and continues: “But my reply to that is: Death feels even worse.” She welcomes the opportunity to receive an invite from schools to address “these heterosexual teenagers. I don’t believe in soft-pedaling. I believe in telling it like it is, and giving statistics for them to mulch on."
